By accessing this website, purchasing products, booking workshops, or downloading digital content from Dots & Clay, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Dots & Clay provides handmade artwork, art supplies, workshops, classes, and digital educational materials. All items are created, packed, and managed by the owner.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

Many items sold are handmade. Small variations in color, texture, symmetry, or finish are normal and are not considered defects.

Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings or lighting.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website.

Payments must be completed at checkout before orders are processed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the product and will be mentioned in the listing.

Dots & Clay is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs fees, duties, or import taxes, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wrong item was sent or the item arrives damaged.

If there is an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, materials or production may have already started.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Workshops & Event Bookings

Workshop seats are reserved upon payment.

If a participant cannot attend, tickets are non refundable. Transfers may be allowed with advance notice.

Dots & Clay is not responsible for allergic reactions, minor injuries, or misuse of tools or materials.

Participants are responsible for following safety instructions during the session.

8. Digital Products & Courses

Digital downloads, memberships, templates, and online classes are non refundable.

These materials are for personal use only.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share login access, or teach the content as your own.

Violation may result in removal of access without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, class materials, videos, and content belong to Dots & Clay.

You may not reproduce or commercially use them without written permission.

10. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, disrespectful, or misuses our policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

Dots & Clay is not liable for indirect or accidental damages resulting from the use of products, participation in workshops, or reliance on educational content.

12. Privacy

Customer information is used only for order fulfillment and communication. We do not sell or distribute personal data.
