Thank you for shopping with Dots & Clay. Because our products are handmade, custom prepared, and often made to order, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
1. All Sales Final
Most items are handmade or personalized. Therefore, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- custom or personalized orders
- digital downloads
- online classes or workshops
- gift cards
- items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this, materials or production may have already begun, and cancellation may not be possible.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled.
5. Workshop & Event Tickets
Workshop bookings are non refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may request a transfer to another person or future date if notice is provided in advance. Approval is not guaranteed.
6. Digital Products & Memberships
Due to the nature of instant access, all digital products, templates, recordings, and memberships are non refundable.
7. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error.
8. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.
