📦 Processing Time
All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. During busy seasons or new collection launches, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you in the loop.
🇨🇦 Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We ship across Canada with the following estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
🇺🇸 US Shipping
We ship to all US states! Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days
Please note that orders shipped to the US may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These fees are set by US Customs and are the responsibility of the buyer. Dots & Clay is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship to 170+ countries worldwide! Estimated delivery times after processing:

- Express Shipping: 7–14 business days
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. Dots & Clay is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
